Depending on the shipping method that was chosen at checkout. 

If you have chosen free or standard shipping the It usually takes between 5-10Days

Express or time guaranteed services are usually delivered within 3 days

If the Stock is available (please check listings for details), all orders are usually shipped within the next 24hours. (Usually 8am-12pm the next day). If you have purchased multiple items that include a pre-order item, it will be dispatched when the pre-order item is available in stock. Please check your shipping address and items before checking out. Since orders are processed very quickly, please let us know as soon as possible as it may not be possible to edit or change orders once they are dispatched.

Typically the process takes 5-7 Business days after your items have been returned   

When the returned item/s have been received at our return address provided. The goods will be inspected and then a refund will be initiated. The outstanding refund will be processed by the payment provider you used to pay for your order.
